ShipVehicles Code of ConductBy accessing any Web pages within, or otherwise using, the ShipVehicles Site, You acknowledge and agree to abide and be bound by all of the following: Your use of the ShipVehicles Site is expressly subject to the Terms of Service, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and the moral and ethical standards of the community in which You live. You will not upload to, download from, or otherwise transmit through the ShipVehicles Site any material that (i) is unlawful, tortious, harassing, defamatory, libelous, abusive, profane, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable; (ii) infringes upon any third party rights; (iii) contains any virus or other harmful code that may adversely affect or disrupt the ShipVehicles Site or any other End User's equipment or software; or (iv) constitutes any form of contest, lottery, or gambling. You will not use the ShipVehicles Site for chain letters, junk mail, "spamming", or other mass solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) at any time. You will not use the ShipVehicles Site to plan, incite, promote, or facilitate any fraudulent or other illegal activities. If You are a Shipper or an agent for a Shipper, You acknowledge that failure to do any of the following may result in the posting of negative feedback (i) making Your best efforts to pick up and drop off vehicles within the promised window of time; (ii) conducting all transactions at the agreed-upon price; (iii) professionally handling vehicles so as to minimize occurrence of damage; (iv) providing customers with completed and signed bills of lading and vehicle condition forms upon delivery; (v) dealing with damage claims fairly and responsively; (vi) dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner; and (vii) promptly notifying vehicle owners and customers of unexpected delays. You will abide by the terms of the agreements that You make with other End Users, including without limitation by making vehicles available to other End Users at agreed-upon times and places, conducting transactions at agreed-upon prices, and paying promptly all undisputed amounts owed. You will keep Your Account Information up to date and promptly notify ACI if Your Account Information changes. You will notify ACI promptly if You feel that any other End User is violating the Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct may change from time to time, without formal notice to You. You agree to check back often and abide by the then-current Code of Conduct.
