By checking "Not Running", you are telling shippers that your vehicle does not run under its own power. This could be for any reason, but by checking this you are acknowledging that the vehicle will not be running when it is shipped. As long as you can roll and steer the vehicle most shippers are capable of accommodating your vehicle. For motorcycles this is typically not much of an issue. You will likely pay a small premium if your vehicle does not run.
