Timeframe: RFQs begin as soon as you submit them and close by the
end of the next business day at 5:00 pm PST. An RFQ submitted at 4:00 pm EST
Tuesday will close at 5:00 pm PST Wednesday. All RFQs submitted between
12:01 am PST Friday and 11:59 pm PST Sunday will be closed at 5:00 pm PST the
following Monday.
