Timeframe: RFQs are open as soon as they are submitted by an
individual or vehicle dealer. RFQs close by the end of the next business
day (5 pm PST). An RFQ submitted at 4 pm EST Tuesday will close at 5 pm
PST Wednesday. All RFQs after 12:01 am PST Friday through 11:59 pm Sunday
will be closed at 5 pm PST the following Monday. Shippers may submit quotes
anytime during this period and all RFQs will have the time remaining posted on them.
