At Ship Vehicles, we offer several ways to receive updates on the status of your vehicle. Similar to tracking a package from Amazon, location and status updates allow you to keep track of your vehicle during its journey across the country. After your vehicle has been picked up by the hauler, you have the following options to access its tracking data.
- Online tracking: When you schedule your shipment, you will be provided with a unique tracking number. Entering this number in our online tracking system will display a progress report for your vehicle.
- Mobile tracking: This is likely our most convenient tracking method that we offer. If you opt in for text message notifications, you will receive regular push notifications on the status of your shipment.
- Email notifications: You have the option to request tracking data via email. However, please allow at least 24 hours to receive your desired tracking and location information.
- Via phone call: If you prefer to check the status of your vehicle over the phone, you can give our office a call and speak with any of our customer service representatives or your assigned account executive. Our team will get in touch with the driver of the transport your vehicle is on and get back to with detailed tracking info.
